And…this is the point where he finally snaps. With his hubris in the way, it never occurred to him that Alexsi was in fact telling the truth that someone did in fact steal the compass, thus perpetuating his image of his former friend. But I do have to give him credit where credit is due. He did quite literally plan out every single scenario just in case. I also admire his resourcefulness and intellect in planning out murder like that.

Remember, though. Eugene is used to being manipulated, and only seeing it after the fact, while Ramalach is literally a devion who knows what his kind is capable of. I do not think Ram will betray Ron, because Ron possibly is the only one who refused him outright, and even threatened death on him for it. That has to interest the Deal Maker greatly, and wanting to find out more about why that is the case is one reason, I think, Ram will remain with Ron. Eugene, however, may just see how a deal maker can corrupt a deal to his liking.

Eugene very much reminds me of the psychotic captain (played by Humphrey Bogart) in “The Caine Mutiny”
plans within plans, always believing that “they” are out to get him… It all started with the ice cream…or in Eugenes case, It all started when Alexsi set off that trap with the toxic dust…
Eugene will get what’s coming to him…The “Deal Maker” will see to that… 😉

So we are back in the hanger. I guess the last page was just a video recording of Alex yelling that the scientist were studying. Got a little confused thinking she went back to work after that explosion she set off. Plus, they are HYBRIDS. So they are part human. For a moment, I thought Jill and her kind were like the Rats of N.I.M.H. from the Secret of N.I.M.H., the scientists here in the comic sure aren’t so different from the movie.
Anyone remember that movie?
